"I have always enjoyed my independence but unfortunately my health has deteriorated in recent years due
to severe breathing problem, so cooking and grocery shopping have become too difficult for me. I discovered TLC on the internet and my problems were solved. I have tried all the prepared meals and found them delicious,
and so convenient. Their friendly helpful staff deliver the food to my door once a fortnight and pack it in the freezer for me. Then all I have to do is pop it in the microwave for a nourishing, tasty, ready-to-eat meal
