HEART FOUNDATION TICK
The Heart Foundation Tick approved home delivered dinners are required to comply with strict criteria for fat, saturated fat, trans fat, salt, energy,
protein and fibre content. Each of these dinners are subject to laboratory testing to ensure that these standards are met as well as being subject to random testing to further guarantee that these standards are continually achieved.

GLUTEN FREE DINNERS (GF)
Dinners delivered to you home flagged with a GF icon are guaranteed to be free from gluten - a protein found in grains such as wheat, oats, barley,
rye and triticale. These dinners all undergo laboratory testing to ensure that they have no gluten detected to 5 parts per million (industry standard).

DAIRY FREE (DF)
Ingredients contained in these dinners are free from milk or dairy products.

HIGHER ENERGY (HE)
For clients requiring energy dense dinners we offer food with a minimum of 1350kj of energy per serving.

Blood Glucose Management (D)
TLC offers a range of dinners which have been subjected to a review by a panel of professionals at Australian Diabetes Council and
which are then deemed to be suitable for those people suffering with Diabetes. Each of these dinners has met Australian Diabetes Council Nutrient Criteria
and are considered a healthy option for blood glucose management.

LOW SALT DINNERS (LS)
These prepared meals meet guidelines for low salt dinners not exceeding 120mg/100g of sodium. Each dinner is subject to laboratory
testing to determine both sodium and potassium levels to comply with Food Labelling Regulations.

EASY CHEW DINNERS (EC)
These meals are naturally soft, easily chewed and easily broken up with a fork. Foods in this category are required to be moist
or served in a gravy or sauce to increase moisture content. Vegetables may be mashed, steamed, cut up and served without skins to comply with the standard.

VEGETARIAN (V)
These healthy meals are vegetable based without meat/chicken or fish - may contain dairy or egg products.

ORGANIC
Certified Organic - produced in accordance with Australian Organic Standard 2006. Organic farmers do not use chemicals, they harness the natural nutrients in the soil resulting in more nutritious and tastier produce for the consumer.
