    Yes anyone can order whether you are a senior, a busy businessperson, a mother, a recuperating patient, a community organisation, or even a student.
    Does TLC offer Organic meals?
    TLC has recently introduced an exciting new range of certified Organic ready-to-eat meals for home delivery. Organic farmers do not use chemicals, they harness the natural nutrients in the soil resulting in more nutritious and tasty produce for you the client.
    What days do you deliver to my suburb?

    What credit cards does TLC accept?
    You can pay by either Visa, MasterCard, Credit Card or Debit Card, American Express or JCB.
    How does TLC provide online transaction security?
    Tender Loving Cuisine uses secure servers and secure socket layer (SSL) data transfer for strong encryption of online banking transaction.

    When you pay for your order, you enter a secure area which switches on the padlock on your browser. In your address bar you will see an 's' added to 'http' indicating encryption of data.
    Can I pay by cash or cheque?
    This can easily be arranged by phoning the office.

    TLC wants all clients to be happy with the dinners, so you receive an unconditional money back guarantee on your 1st order for up to 7 dinners.
    Are the dinners Heart Foundation Tick Approved?
    Dinners have been laboratory tested to qualify for the Heart Foundation's Tick of Approval, however, some dinners are especially for those clients with higher energy needs and are therefore not sent for testing.
    Are the dinners Australian Diabetes Council evaluated?
    TLC submits all dinner recipes to Australian Diabetes Council to evaluate their nutrient criteria.
    Am I required to sign a contract?
    No contracts are required. If you like the dinners you will re-order when you need more.
    What if I am not home when you deliver?
    If you think you may not be home, you will need to advise TLC in advance of where there is a cool place to leave the esky.
    Can the dinners be heated in a conventional oven?
    The dinners are cooked and only need heating, do not overheat.

    Conventional Oven Heating Instructions: Preheat oven at 180°C. Heat from frozen with lid on for approximately 25 - 30 minutes (or until heated throughout). Soups require less heating time. Do not lift or puncture the lid until heated. The dinner is best eaten direct from the tray.

    Microwave Oven Heating
    Instructions: Heat from frozen on high with lid on for approximately 5 - 6 minutes (or until heated throughout). Microwaves over 800W will need less heating. Soups require less heating time. Do not lift or punture the lid until heated. The dinner is best eaten direct from the tray.
    Can I cancel an order?
    TLC needs at least a 2 working days notice prior to the delivery date to cancel an order.

    Specialty Dinners are $1 each extra.
    Laboratory tested to guarantee dinners have no gluten detected to 5 parts per million (industry standard).
    Energy exceeds 1350kj per serving.
