Great Lakes' Residents Gain Some TLC
Tender Loving Cuisine, the top quality home delivery meal service, has expanded into country New South Wales.
Chief Executive Jack Barker, 65, announced this week that Tender Loving Cuisine (TLC) had reached agreement for a new delivery service to operate from Foster-Tuncurry in the Great Lakes region.
The Great Lakes agents for TLC will be Matthew Laurie and his wife Terese Pasolini, who operate the family business Ice Services in Tuncurry.
The appointment concludes twelve months of negotiations and planning by Mr. Barker to establish Tender Loving Cuisine in regional NSW.
"In due course this will mean TLC is able to service clients as far north as Coffs Harbour and all towns and cities in between," Mr. Barker said.
"By starting with Forster-Tuncurry and later extending operations, TLC retains full control of the manufacturing and thus quality".

Tender Loving Cuisine is a community organisation which was initially funded by the Royal North Shore Hospital to provide a home delivery service to their discharged patients.
However, it is now a self-funded, independent organisation offering their services to anyone who needs high quality, tasty meals. Special dietary packages are also available.
TLC delivery drivers currently service all Sydney suburbs, the Central Coast and Newcastle. Meals are prepared by restaurant quality chefs in an ultra-modern factory at Marrickville in central Sydney.
All meals have been snap frozen for transport and storage and will keep in a freezer for up to six months. TLC couriers will even place your order in your freezer for you.
The meals all include heating instructions and serving suggestions and have been prepared so you can heat and serve in around six minutes using a microwave or 30 minutes with a conventional oven.
The range of 28 TLC dinners include mouth-watering roasts such as Roast Lamb, Roast Turkey, Roast Beef and Roast Pork plus Mild Chicken Curry, Apricot Chicken, Homestyle Rissoles, Pineapple Chicken, Lamb Casserole, Crumbed Fish and Wedges, Indian Style Lamb and Baked Ocean Fish.
