Meals with a Heart Friendly Tick are required to comply with strict criteria for fat, saturated fat, trans fat, salt, energy, protein and fibre content. Each of these dinners are subject to laboratory testing to ensure that these standards are met, and are subjected to random testing to further guarantee that these standards are continually achieved.
View meals >Meals flagged with a GF icon are guaranteed to be free from gluten. Gluten is a protein found in grains such as wheat, oats, barley, rye and triticale. These meals all undergo laboratory testing to ensure that they have no gluten detected to the industry standard of 5 parts per million.
