Each of these dinners are subject to laboratory testing to ensure that these standards are met, and are subjected to random testing to further guarantee that these standards are continually achieved.
Meals flagged with a GF icon are guaranteed to be free from gluten. Gluten is a protein found in grains such as wheat, oats, barley, rye and triticale. These meals all undergo laboratory testing to ensure that they have no gluten detected to the industry standard of 5 parts per million.
Ingredients contained in these dinners are free from milk or dairy products.
TLC offers a range of dinners which have been subjected to a review by a panel of professionals at Australian Diabetes Council and which are then deemed to be suitable for those people diagnosed with Diabetes. Each of these dinners has met Australian Diabetes Council Nutrient Criteria and are considered beneficial to help maintain blood sugar levels.
These meals meet guidelines for low salt dinners not exceeding 120mg per 100g for sodium. Each dinner is subject to laboratory testing to determine both sodium and potassium levels to comply with Food Labelling Regulations.
