This mouth-watering mushroom soup is smooth, rich and satisfying.

Mushrooms are low in saturated fats and sodium. They are fibre-rich and filled with vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin C, Folate, Iron, Zinc and Manganese. They are also a very good source of Vitamin D, B Vitamins and trace minerals. Trace minerals help the body perform regulatory and structural functions.
